Xantuck Designs respects the privacy of our customers and treats your sensitive information that you provide us very seriously.  Appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that your personal information is respected and kept confidential.  The personal information provided by you is used solely for your relationship or transaction with Xantuck Designs and will never be shared, sold or exchanged with any other organisation or disclosed to any third parties, unless required by law.  No bank account details or credit card numbers are stored in our system, they are passed directly to the secure payment gateway.

Security and Payment Options

When you checkout from the online shop, if you pay by credit card, your details are securely transmitted using industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology with Paypal.  SSL encryption is a method by which information is encrypted while being transmitted over the internet.  SSL is the state-of-the-art encryption technology used in e-commerce today. 

Please note that all credit card and PayPal transactions are processed at the time of ordering by the payment gateway.  Our online shop provides a secure environment that accepts all major credit cards and direct debit services through PayPal.  Xantuck Designs happily accepts payment through direct deposit, cheque or money order; please contact us for details on these options.  We are unable to accept payment by American Express or Diners Card.

Shipping and Delivery Times

We provide fast, efficient delivery anywhere in Australia using Australia Post.  Domestic deliveries are calculated at 10% of the purchase price.  All international shipments are sent using Australia Post also, however, postage fees are calculated at 20% of the purchase price.  We are happy to upgrade your shipping to Registered delivery, Express Post or courier if you would prefer the peace of mind these services offer.  Please contact us prior to completing your purchase if you would like to arrange one of these shipping methods and please note that the additional cost these services incur will be added to the total of your purchase. Xantuck Designs cannot accept responsibility for Australia Post’s delivery of service and is not responsible for the package once it has been sent.  Postage or shipping costs are automatically added to your order at the checkout.
All small orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivery expected within 7-10 business days.  This time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered in particular with international orders.  For larger / bulk orders, we will contact you directly within 24 hours to advise on the time required before your receipt of package.  This arrangement is due to the handmade nature of our cards and stock availability.  Should you require urgent delivery or have any other special delivery requirements please contact us to make arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate.

Tax Invoices

A tax invoice is issued by email and in an effort to conserve our Mother Earth; a printed copy will only accompany your order if requested.

Returns

Xantuck Designs endeavours to create cards of superior quality.  If ever an item does not meet your highest expectation or is damaged, we will gladly issue a replacement, exchange, or refund your money.  However, please choose carefully as we are unable to offer a refund for an incorrect decision or change of mind.  In the event of such situation, we are happy to offer an exchange with the additional postage at customer’s expense.  For all returns, replacements and exchanges, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your package and return to be made within 2 weeks.  All packaging must be intact and postage at customers expense.

Pricing

All pricing on Xantuck Designs website is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.  We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Packaging

Here at Xantuck Designs it is very important to us to follow our core beliefs and principals through every stage of production.  We believe in global harmony and living peacefully and respectfully with Mother Earth.  We also appreciate the simple pleasure of receiving packages in the mail, therefore, each order, large and small is wrapped like a gift.  This protects your cards and also allows for you to embrace your inner child with the excitement of unwrapping something special.

All cards are individually cased in biodegradable cello bags, bound together with hemp and wrapped in tissue.  Larger orders are then placed in a recycled gift box ready for shipment.

If at any stage you wish to amend your personal details, please feel free to contact us with any updates, verification or corrections.  We can be contacted at any time through email and post and by phone Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
